Any Diablo fans out there? Blizzard is making Diablo 3. Just heard about it, can’t fucking wait for it.

the gameplay videos don’t seem that amazing to me, the graphical jump seems like a hop, and game-play seems identical. Perhaps this is jsut now and later we’ll find theres options that haven’t been shown to us (different angles/zoom). it still looks very very similiar though.
Any idea which classes, minimum PC requirements?
Blizzard does an excellent job of keeping PC requirements both extremely low and high. D3 will be accessible to almost everybody I imagine.
The brilliance of the Diablo series is that it doesn’t need to change its gameplay – it was so basic that everybody liked it for that very reason.

D1 and D2 were loot-based games. I imagine D3 will build even more upon that concept than the previous games … I can’t wait!
Agreed. The graphics look good enough in my opinion. If they were to make it much better it just wouldn’t seem like Diablo.
ILP should make a guild when it comes out. Online play should be free like in the last two.
I hope so – I plan on putting some time into the game – it’d be fun to play with a bunch of philosophers.

Don’t clans usually represent the worst of diablo? For instance in D2 (expansion of course etc.) there are those “clan” games that are made where they try to recruit ppl. It pretty much consist of epic rapage of the clan members. Afterwards they unrespectfully worship( [-o< ) your skills and ask you to join their clan. I mean come on…you can’t respect shit like that. Clans are renown for their inability to ever be GOOD…I remember dueling some clans that were still boasting set armor. Anyways yeah D3 looks epic. Anyone in ILP play W.O.W. (already know the answer just need details of realms experience etc…)?

Also, many clan people are morons on Diablo. We won’t go around recruiting. We will be finding the glitches and robbing people. We need to be the most hated group of players out there.

I had a 60 warlock back before expansion. For a while I was the best geared lock on the server. (Almost full T2). This was quite a while ago so back then that gear was considered awesome. I got my account stolen and after that I just messed around on various characters, not leveling any of them up very far.
