Disobeying a direct order

The denial of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder of veteran fighters is getting harder.
The effects of returning American soldiers – if they return – will be unprecedented.

The main reason of the republican “No Child Left Behind” policy was crafted for the single purpose of
military recruitment of troubled unbalanced teenagers.
There has been some discussion on the ‘intelligence’ of the American troops but nobody dared to
openly suggest the unconscionable thought that it was done on purpose. Until now.
The invasion force of Iraq was topped up with near high school dropouts as well as
smart but financially challenged very young man and woman who were bullied by professionals in the position of power into making a decision.
That decision will leave many of them scared for life.

I am certain that political strategists are considering the consequences - or as they properly call it the fallouts –
but I am also certain that not one of the republicans who sent your children into the
training camps of brainwash and to the hells of war will take responsibility for the treatment, recovery and reintegration of our ‘brave soldiers’.

Why do we have the problem of PTSD? Why some and not the others?
Disobeying a direct order!
Some were raised or taught or was born to have the sense of right and wrong.
For some ‘following an order’ is good enough excuse.
But the violation of the ‘order’ of Christ can not be undone, and as always when we forget to protect the vulnerable
it will be the best of them who suffers the most.
