Does the notion "Yin Yang" hold the secret to life?

Let me start with 2 statements:

1. Some say the notion “Yin Yang” is the bedrock of Chinese civilization/culture.

2. Some say the Chinese civilization is the only surviving indigenous civilization/culture in the world.

If the above 2 statements are reasonably true … “if” … one could conclude that whatever Yin Yang is … it has intrinsic value for the entire human family.
