Simple piece, reminds me of a nuclear blast taking place in the distance
i like it, but i think i wouldn’t appreciate it as much without the title. 
It’s really vivid I think - but not in an apocalyptic way, just very hard rain somewhere in Scotland or a place like that. Sort of make sme feel at home actually…

The texture is superb… almost like a rippled hessian cloth blanketing the light behind. I also like the way the grass slants in the same direction as the rain – like a wood-cut print.
To me, this is more than a dramatic stylized photo of a field in rain. This photo has a very yin/yang quality about it. The earth: solid, static and black; and heaven, composed of millions of tiny explosive fragments of grey. The electric energy is palpable. I love it.
