I agree with you that there are some flaws to autocracy and communist governments that’s why I believe in some new alterations of them in terms of safeguards for a future state where past states failed.
Things like when your autocrat leader becomes derelict in their duty of serving the people and nation the inner political party apparatus has the power to remove him replacing him with a new successor as one prime example. There should be a government of various safeguards in place so that abuses of power don’t take place, my envisionment of a government autocracy being no different.

Here I am actually more partial to monarchy, insofar as the King has the divine right bestowed by God. This ensures at least some moral code and social norms will be bounding his actions. I agree that the next layer down from the King, the inner circle of nobles or whatever that might be, should collectively have the power to remove a King. But that should require significant majority and that inner circle should come from around the entire nation, so as to better represent attitudes of the people and all geographic areas.
Still, no system is perfect. It will always fail, because politics is supposed to be governed by philosophy (by truth) yet it never is. Maybe someday, when humans collectively evolve beyond the merely preteen stage of development they are currently stuck in.
