Efficientism, why I don't believe in it.

Intellectualism, amotionalism, puritism, perfectionism, efficientism:

Intellectualism -- has [at times] been spotted somewhere near a critic towards most parts of human existence, and most often, the parts are not fully understood. It's not too hard to say: "that's bad", or: "that should be far better". I lament intellectualism's stain with amotionalism, perfectionism, etc. If the reasons went unnoticed, then I suppose I'd like to list a few.

Efficientism -- would most likely be the epitome of the curse, in that the efficiency of a being's actuation of mechanical tasks seems to determine the actual value of that being. This is basically an extreme ethic of industrialism: the worker's value is determined by how much he/she works. A man or woman's value is determined by how much mental and physical work he/she can "do". The ideal of efficientism would be a being which was basically some sort of amazing robot, feeling no regret, no compassion, no sympathy, no worry, no love, no shame, no hope, no fear, nothing other then instant and efficient work in completing tasks. It would be an attempt to bypass the gambit of psychological-motivation-infrastructure, and in essence, expecting to win a marathon in a single step.

Is a person smarter then you if they can insult you and find all of your faults? This relates to one of the main fallacies of humanity, and is connected to the general methodologies employed within the culture and history of "dog-eat-dog". [Species-self-defeat.] Suddenly, the logician is "smart" when he can say how "illogical" emotions are, suddenly, god is "perfect" when he can say how "sinful", "imperfect" and "wrong" humanity is. Etc. It is the narcissism of the nay-sayer. The troll under the bridge of struggling existence, attempting to set himself above them all as some sort of superior, by means of -- moral judgment. What a strange weapon this morality can be, somehow overcoming all those who are unfit, though it does virtually nothing to them.
