Eternal Recurrence? ~Truth~

Is this formula correct?

Let me know what your thought are on this.

If matter is finite,
And time is infinite,
do all thing recur eternally?
Has this moment which you live now, happened for eternity? Will it continually recur?

Again.
Matter is finite,
and time infinite,
=Eternal Recurrence?

I would like your ideas on this.

well i think unless the whole process is cyclical (which i suppose it could be, but i dont think it is due to the seemingly random, uneven distribution of matter at the big bang) unless the whole process is cyclical, only small pockets of the universe will repeat what they have already done.

a person who calls himself future man can be born that looks and acts exactly like me, but its incredibly unlikely that his entire planet will look anything like earth at the same time that he looks like me.

so basically, everything will repeat its initial conditions given infinite time, but it will always be surrounded by different things than it was the last time it was born, and so will live its life differently.

then again, if a million monkeys can write dickens then it can happen. but i dont think they would write dickens, they could write a few sentences of it, but odds are that when they do, the rest will be messed up.

there is an extremely small chance that the universe actually will randomly fall into this exact same position. there is also an extremely small chance that every single one of my particles will suddenly transcend time and space and quantum leap so that my foot is right on top of your face. the odds of this happening are slim, but they exist. but the odds are based on the fact that one particle has a pretty decent chance of quantum leaping, and the odds are mutiplied for all the quadrillion particles im made up of. however, i believe the nature of the universe prevents them all from acting in unison, the odds are just insurmountable, regardless of the fact that they are not infinitely improbable.
