I don’t this this has a eugenics goal. The reason to steralize serial rapists isn’t to prevent them from reproducing- it’s to stop them from committing more rapes. I believe they are generally allowed to rathole some sperm for a rainy day.
Whoa. I think you couldn’t be talking sterilization because that would be a vasectomy, which would do little to stop the rape. Now castration might be what you are referring to where they remove the testicals and the sex-drive is eliminated. Problem is: rape is about violence and control, not sex. Sex is altogether a different activity.
