I man/ woman who plots to kill his boy/baby for a certain reason.
the boy/baby fallen down to a lake/bathtub. The man/woman sees him fallen down, but he just watch him die. The baby boy just slip and fallen down a bathtub full of water.
Is this homocide? or something. Is he a murder or not?
I am sure this topic was debated before, but do educate/enlighten me some more
case#1:
A man rapes a boy, and he got caught by the police. While being handed to the jailhouse, the father of the boy shoots him.
Should the father be punish?
yes- murder is pre-meditated killing(can anyone accidentally murder?)
Case#2
A person has the power to save someone who is being drowned, but he choose not to.
Is he guity?
is anyone obligated to save anyone else? no
now, the person drowning the person is guilty. if the person watching doesn’t cooperate with athourities he’s aiding the murderer. (i assume by being drowned you don’t mean drowning alone)
So we see that in case #1 that the person who act out of anger and revenge should be charge.
And Case#2, he is not obligated to be charge, even though he have the power to save another.
But what happens, if a parent decides to kill his own child, due to finicial reasons. Just about to do so, the parent sees his own child feel down in the bathtub of water, and the child was drowned.
Is this parent guilty? He has the power to save him?
I’m sorrie, I forgotten I post something about enthuasia.
Let me add a case#3, about enthuasia. The Maria Shavio case, would it be better if she was kept alive or better off dead? Just so you know, she was a woman who is terminally mental ill, and no longer can function as a regular human being.
Case #4 A child who was born, and the doctors so that he was mentally illed and defected. Should this baby be killed, because the doctor knows he will suffer throughout the rest of his life?
About your question , I just like to hear what people got to say about cases and laws. Just want to improve my ethical skills a bit. Should the doctors pulled the plug or not?
I have heard recently of her death , nobodies fault the doctors (of whatever type they might be) where hopeless , she still hadd family that’s a reason to live for.
It’s the child’s decision , although throughout time they would have too proceed with keeping him alive until he can answer clearly (10 or 11) then the child can make that choice for himself.
i have dealed with MH (mentallyhandicapped) before , it isn’t all that hard too grasp therefeelings off wants and needs , choices and other sorts of modern living.
