does anyone think this movie will effect the outcome of the fall elections? I hear it is coming out in theatres in june. Everyone check out the trailer if you havnt already.

Michael Moore offers absolutely no proof to back up any of his claims. None of that would fly in a philosophical debate.
Heh actually i just watched about a half hour of Roger & Me today during my lunch break. I thought it was absolutley rediculous. The dude needs to move to cuba or something. He sees his morals and ethical code as being superior to everyone elses… at least thats what i saw while watching it. He is no different then George Bush.
However, i thought Bowling for Columbine was quite an entertaining flick. And i am still quite excited to see this when it comes out.
Micheal Moore does push his perspective to the brink of believability, but he presents it in such a way that you cannot help but be entertained by it.
If politicians can push fabricated propaganda to advocate their perspectives like let’s say “stockpiles of weapons of mass destruction,” then I guess it is just as fair for a non-politician to exagerrate for emphasis in opposition.
I’m not sure how many of you watched TV Nation or read any of Moore’s books, but the guy absolutely cracks me up. It takes what is completely screwy about government and business and goes at it relentlessly shredding it with humorous results.
