In 2008, the USA Treasury teamed up with Comerica Bank (a privately owned corporation) so as to assure the exchange of physical money to electronic, more easily manipulated credit. Today, it has become “law” that anyone dealing with the USA Treasury Dept, must use electronic transfers.
What that means is that, for example, Social Security benefits are not given to the individual for whom they were dedicated, but rather given to the private corporation, Comerca Bank. Comerca Bank, might or might not give them to the person to whom they were dedicated. That would have to be worked out between the bank and the individual. Once the bank has the funds, it is up to the individual to defend his right to obtain them from the bank, legally or otherwise. And of course, in the new USA, any and all defense costs money. Law is only for those who can afford it. And the bank has his “money”.
Social Security is a social contract between individuals and the federal government. By the federal government transfering social security benefits to a third party, they have broken the contract and now make it a law that such is required. This is the inevitable result of all proposed socialism paradigms.
And this is only one example of many responsibilities that the USA government has transferred, without individual permission, to third parties who can easily operate outside the law without recourse. Investigation and incarnation operations are also deferred in such ways. Basically, the USA government is deferring as much responsibility to private corporations as possible seemingly to overstep and out maneuver any constitutional law limiting their power over their populous.
Socialism is anti-constitutional and pro-corporate merely because one offers the deferment of responsibility and blame while offering unlimited power over the populous and the other limits its power to public approval and places responsibility upon constitutionally agreed parties.

nothing, NOTHING, to do with socialism. It is about capitalism and its drive to take away every single
dime an average American own. Socialism is about going from private to public whereas even you admit
this is going from public to private and that makes it capitalism. You seem to be very confused what is
capitalism and what is socialism. The drive to privatize everything is capitalism. The drive to make
it public is socialism. (and not the kind I believe in). In the socialist vision, the state own everything
and in a capitalist’s vision, private enterprise owns everything. Marx was about who owned the
“means of production” and that was his idea.
