Feeding
When we close our eyes there is primarily an observer in a darkness. After that ~ lets call it the mental sphere, there is the stomach and the genitalia, and this comprises what i see as the three primary sphere’s of our being. We have then three fundamental areas of need which require ‘feeding’.
The stomach and genitalia are primarily causal and objective, whereas the mind [to us] is primarily perceptual and subjective. All three spheres may be seen as having equal interdependence, or as three parties otherwise affecting one another.
A good balance between the needs of all three spheres will result in bodily and spiritual satisfaction. For example, if instead we only fed the spirit, then the body would wither away and die. If we only fed the stomach and sexual spheres, then the spirit [mental sphere] would be purely driven, taken on a journey in which the vehicle of the mind is directed only in accordance with the designations of the body.
