First impression

Can anybody please direct me toward philosophers (books) who write about first impression in politics and / or business?

Thank you very much.

You mean like a first impression that you make at a job interview? Or like a case of first impression in the legal sense? Or something else?

Thx for fast response. I think more in sense of impact of first impression at job interview and other business interactions.
I’m relatively new in field of philospohy and would be very greatful for directions.

Some phenomenologists would certainly have something to say about it. I’m reminded of Sartre’s writings on “The Look” . scribd.com/doc/22180744/Bein … ook-Sartre

It’s not exactly what you’re after, but it’s in the neighborhood.

Not philosophy but recent science…

Thank you. What about philosophical books about stereotypes in general or in business? Is anyone familiar with a good philosopher who writes about this topic?
