France is very, very mistaken to believe it has jurisdiction over any other country that falls into the category called “Not France”. Their legal system is backwards and inferior, and their republics periodically collapse. They have no say in anything, anywhere, unless they are willing to lead a military force there to enforce their objectives.

France us very deserving of sanctions at this point, has proven itself willing to undermine fellow NATO state’s sovereignty, and should have military contacts cut, and accounts of political leaders involved in thus new XYZ Affair frozen. We had a quasi-war once over very similar pretensions on their part in the past, we will blow your fucking cheese eating surrender monkey asses out of the water again.

France is a U.S. vassal state much like any other nation in the European Union currently. This also consists of whoever is residing in the EuroZone.

US needs to put out a INTERPOL arrest warrant for this judge immediately. He thinks somehow the US Constitution is structured as such

  1. Highest- French Judges- Has Rights to Prosecute Americans who never stepped foot in France or interfering in French Interests, and are guilty till proven innocent in France.

  2. Next Highest- US Federal Government, Empowered by Revolutionary War, and US Constitution, twice liberated France. Slaves of French Judges, only Innocent till Proven Guilty unless French Imperial Judge orders our extradition to a country we never been to, and was prior in a official alliance with.

  3. State Givernment- Below the Federal US Government, slaves to the French Left, must pass all laws in French so our French Overlords can judge if we are worthy enough to have them, and annul them at will.

  4. Local Government- Feral Descendants of French Mob, cut off in New France. All municipalities in US us property of French Left. All must bow to French Law.

Turd, I think there was some pretty serious torture going on at Guantanamo bay. Pretty much everyone in the whole world knows that. Why you suddenly against law enforcement? Torturing people is illegal.

I’m not trying to get into a legal debate with you. I’m saying…don’t you think it’s important that someone enforce the laws against torture? Or at least try?

Franch has no rights to prosecute foreigners who aren’t on French Soil, or didn’t harm French interests and certainly no right to prosecute Americans.

Many of the detainees at Gitmo were picked up off the street. They were flown half way across the planet, and thrown in jail. No charges. No trials.
It may be the case that one or two detainees may have been guilty of standing up to what they may have considered incursions into their homeland by an invading force. Who knows? Whatever the truth may be - each man was then subjected to what George Bush described as “enhanced interrogation techniques”. Obama promised to close the place eight or nine years ago.

No one can claim to be remotely consistant and fair in international judicial whatevers.
If another country used the various methods the US uses to get what the US considers criminals in other countries
to someone on US soil the US gov would be morally outraged and punitives in the extreme.
They would not say, you can’t take Kissenger kidnap and try even though he ordered against both US and international law the killing of tens of thousands of Laotions because we will wipe you out. They would say it was wrong and a moral outrage and then wipe out Laos or whomever.

If any country ran a parallel to Gitmo with US citizens in it, there would be an immediate invasion - except perhaps with Russia and China.
