I would suggest that not only is burning the flag acceptable but the
declaration and the constitution would demand us to burn the flag in
dissent…to make our voice heard doesn’t require us to raise our voice,
we can make our voices heard by such actions as burning the flag and tearing
down statues…or as the case may be, to burn one bra or to burn one’s
selective service card… ask your parents…I just missed getting one…
I hold with the founding fathers that it isn’t about how much approval a society/state
has, but how much dissent a society/state allows that shows its real strength…

the constitution, I would hold that they would have approved of and they did

English flag, they did engage in actions far above and beyond just burning
the flag or toppling statues…you find offense in actions committed by
