What’s harder: Knowing what’s coming, or being caught off guard? One could argue that an omniscient being doesn’t have true impassibility because they know what’s coming. They had time to prepare themselves. They can’t be caught off guard. Nothing is unknown to them. One could counter-argue that anticipation makes walking into the known difficulty that much more difficult. What do you think? Do you have more or less poise in the face of an unknown, or when you’ve had time to prepare? If God …
