Jimmy Dore is like a low class - low budget version of Tucker - and he often does exactly what he criticizes MSM for doing - forming opinions before he has any facts - he said so himself. These blokes have other blokes doing their research and giving them the narratives and talking points. Mr Dore has Mr Orfalia telling him what did or didn’t happen - but Mr Dore stated that for the past year he thought Rittenhouse had shot a bunch of blacks - why did he have an opinion? He knows - has known for years - has studied for years - the fact that MSM depends on people NOT reading any more than the headlines which are intentionally misleading - he KNOWS that - yet forms opinions anyway. Everyone else can’t afford to have other blokes do research to set them straight on everything. At least it is good that he tries to call them out when he eventually discovers their scams (similar to Tucker).
I think the prosecution in this case did exactly what he is supposed to do. Even in America - the actual job of the prosecution is NOT to convict anyone - but to reveal the TRUTH - which the state has come to believe will convict the defendant - convicting the defendant is NOT the actual goal (Soros people probably are never taught that).
So all of those very very bad displays from the prosecution - were probably quiet purposeful. Think about their situation - a Marxist crowd shouting for heads to role despite obvious evidence of innocence - what to do? -
- Put on a trial
- televise it (first time they ever did that)
- attempt every silly argument the crowd would want to hear
- expose the actual truth to the cameras
- accept defeat after exhausting all efforts
- in anguish let the defendant go
- blame the system
Anything else they tried to do would have caused much worse outcomes driven by the Marxist media networks.

Therefore, it is the quintessential and highest form of hypocrisy possible on planet erf, and those who participate in the practice are the biggest liars if they aren’t completely incompetent.

Well only direct liability cases have any real substance that is free of philosophical problems. You hit my car, you pay for it, etc.
Other than that, there are grey areas everywhere else in the practice of law, not the least of which involves that inability to prove intent… something that has absolutely no empirical foundation. And obviously the dispute over ‘having knowledge of right and wrong’.
Think of the practice of law like this. It is the field that would most depend on logical positivism and verificationism to properly function… and yet the vast majority of the practice of law - that critical importance of criminal intent in making determinations and judging culpability - is completely inaccessible through either means.
Deontological ethics are impossible in a court room. Only consequentialism works, and thrashymachus was right. Ergo; the court’s very essence is fraud and deception. It is logically impossible for it not to be.
It’s one of those things like freewill. It doesn’t exist, but we pretend it does for practical purposes.

Glenn is a real journalist and a real liberal.
That is to say he practices journalistic objectivity and believes in principles like free speech, self-defense and due process.
I’m sharing this for two reasons.
1 it’s just a good take on the Rittenhouse case, and 2 it goes to show not everyone on the ‘left’ is a wingnut, there’s still some solid liberals out there like Glenn, Bill Maher, Jonathan Haidt, RFK Jr, Naomi Wolf, Tulsi Gabbard and countless others, it’s just they’ve been increasingly marginalized by the elite establishment.
Politicians like Joe Biden and the talking heads smearing Kyle as a ‘white supremacist’ aren’t liberals by any stretch, they’re what I like to call progressive corporate fascists, as opposed to Mussolini’s more conservative corporate fascism, they can’t be Marxists because they’re corporatists.
Sure Glenn isn’t exactly a classical liberal like the Pauls, he takes collectivist stances on some issues from what I gather, but he’s a moderate, with one foot firmly planted in liberalism and the other in collectivism (essentially or overall he’s a liberal with an en emphasis on social liberty over fiscal), whereas the democratic party and MSM have for all intents and purposes been completely radicalized, which’s not to say the republican party is much better, it’s still full of neocon corporate fascists.
I can tell you that Glenn is absolutely right about why so many people who are not in the US believe that the US is filled with injustice of every type - MSNBC - CNN - ABC - NBC - CBS unified propaganda Cabal propagating often complete lies and always politically slanted views about everything to support global communism (pro-China) and hate for America. I don’t think they know how to do anything but lie after all these years and the blinded pundit people they have hired.

The way I see it, the US is still less corrupt than Canada, the UK and especially Australia, Australia may be the most corrupt country in the western world, I mean just look at your draconian lockdowns, it’s just so much of the US’s corruption hiding just beneath the surface has been exposed, exposed because quasi-populist Trump got elected, had Canada for example elected genuine liberal and rightwing populist Maxime Bernier instead of Trudeau, our elite establishment would’ve gone to war with him and the Canadian people for electing him, they’d’ve further weaponized gov and MSM against us and unleashed the braindead zombie mob to terrorize their own streets.
