Define “happy?”
I think that’s something you have to experience for yourself.
Well, you know me.
What I find fascinating is not the part where nature has programed us genetically to experience happiness in the new year. That’s a biological imperative. No, what I find intriguing is how, given the manner in which I construe a “sense of self” as the embodiment of dasein, someone like Urwrong will experience happiness this new year doing things that would make others extremely unhappy instead.
Why is that?
Only, in being what I deem to be a “fulminating fanatic objectivist”, he won’t go there with me.
Why is that?
You are wrong times a thousand if you dare not to think and to feel happy about the very same things that he does.
Only, with you, there might possibly be an exception made.
You know, if he still harbors ulterior motives.
