I just want to say that I am thankful for the ingenuity of white man who colonized North America that was at the time, for all intents and purposes, still in a Paleolithic Period of its development, and turned it into a prosperous 21 century modern civilization with supercomputers and space ships, in only about 400 years.
I am also thankful that we still have Thanksgiving (because in the future, we might no longer have it).
And turkeys…
for being so delicious.
And the indigenous peoples of North America, especially Squanto and Massasoit, who helped the whites to survive during those crucial times.
I am thankful mostly for cheesecake, but also for all of the other delicious foods I had to eat today.
C’mon America! Thanksgiving was last month already!!
