Can help me out because i have to write a paper on John Locke. Can someone explain to me about the john locke personal idenitiy? I’m pretty much lost and confused. The only thing I get is that Consciousness makes the man and personal identity depends on that only. The rest of his readings to me is all jib jab.
Have you read descartes’ meditations on first philosophy? you could say a lot if you talked about the lockean interpretation of descartes’ cogito.
