Needless to say, that is my theory. I think there is metaphysical energy which is ever-present in hyperdimensional reality.
dreamscaper, I hope you realize aligning yourself in averment with me, you risk becoming a pariah. I do think out of the box to an extent, but I tend to keep the edges and corners in sight. I believe science and it’s adjuncts are important, but it isn’t what defines me.

Are you familiar with Rupert Sheldrake and Morphic Resonace theory? The basic gist is that probability accretes in nodes much the same way that matter does, which we have formulated as gravity (which is actually an example of, not a metaphor for, morphic resonance). Meaning that the more probability you have in one tight little ball, the more it will attract and add to its girth. This results in the universe forming ‘habits’, such that particles, even fundamental forces arose in this way. It operates ubiquitously, pervasive through all dimensions and is, from all possible perspectives, the same force of nature. Its kind of a Demiurge meets Rational Explanation for the Emergence of Reality. And in case you find the idea a little froofy litenenbolt? It’s a actually pretty rigorously scientific look into metaphysics (Sheldrake has a PhD in biochem from Cambridge '79, and is currently doing funded research there).
