I suggest that we ban coalitions that desire to ban coalitions. It is not a novel concept–it’s been a subject of song–but banning just seems like the right thing to do to avoid future banning.
You have to break a few eggs to make an omelet, right? You hafta bust kneecaps to collect a debt, don’t you? Well, why not make everyone’s life more miserable to make everyone’s life better?

Laws and rules will not work, because no one obeys it. They only obey it because someone is watching them, until the enforcers turn there heads and look back.
Either students must be taught , or enforcers somehow must do their duty without being paid almost. You must know why one wants to follow to law, now force them to follow it.
