I suggest that we ban coalitions that desire to ban coalitions. It is not a novel concept–it’s been a subject of song–but banning just seems like the right thing to do to avoid future banning.

Laws and rules will not work, because no one obeys it. They only obey it because someone is watching them, until the enforcers turn there heads and look back.
Either students must be taught , or enforcers somehow must do their duty without being paid almost. You must know why one wants to follow to law, now force them to follow it.
I hope you can understand. If you do it doesn’t matter, no one is going to do anything anyway, just a conversation.
