Vitamins. Seriously. Mostly vitamin B12, D, and C. Or a general multi-vitamin. Colloidal silver is also really good, just research to make sure you’re getting a good brand. One last thing, oil of oregano.
You should be able to get these at any supplement store.
Otherwise is seems as though you’re doing everything you can. Or at least so says my grandfather.

Starve a fever/feed a cold - apply this, and you’ll get better quicker… just have soup and bread.
Paracetamol brings down body temperature: so take 2 every four hours, and you’ll be fine - you don’t need antebiotics for a fever, and anyway: they compromise your immune system.
