and why do people ignore it?
i don’t think we should judge any individual based on their race. everyone is different. i am also very sceptical of iq tests as they are mostly just pattern recognition.
however, i honestly have no clue what could cause these differences in intelligence.
oh and i think you should do this one. im curious as to what you’ll get.

My ‘IQ’ is so low I don’t even understand that graph 
IQ test are a joke… They mean nothing and signifying
nothing…They are language based which means that the very
language used can increase or decrease an IQ number…
and also, they constitute puzzles which in some fashion is
supposed to tell us our IQ… but that itself is just an assumption
as to what IQ actually means… it is nothing more than a guess
as to what actually constitute IQ… I wouldn’t trust an IQ test
as far as I can throw the White House…

For once I agree with you but probably not for the same reasons 
A lot of people who might be considered ‘geniuses’ because of having a great deal of specialised ability in a field that seems hard to most people have no practical sense whatsoever. It has been quipped that chess grandmasters can’t tie their own shoelaces I have a huge admiration for people with great practical intelligence and the ability to fix practically anything, yet they might not be able to answer a single question in a so-called ‘IQ’ test.

That graph doesn’t look like it came out of a research paper.
The reason for intelligence as distributed among hereditary lines has to do with occupation with certain cultural inheritances over generations. Ashkenazi Jews actually usually score highest on these tests. These inheritances have to do with the preoccuparions of different tribes with different aspects of life. The spectrum of the psyche is immense. There is also huge variability within tribes, but I see here they are picking pretty large scopes for averaging. Assuming that somewhere there are actual serious research papers from which this graph was ultimately derived.
I suspect the preoccupation with iq’s among large hereditary groupings has a lot to do with mass immigration. Huge groups being confronted with sudden full cohabitation with masses of other groups with radically different hereditary histories.
On a small scale, the differences, accounted for by the vastness of the human psyche, can be appreciated, learned from, incorporated. In certain cases, as with slavery (in Arabia, in Rome, in America (the continent)), mass movements are regulated via an institution that preserves a distance for some hundreds of years while the value is slowly exchanged and the groups slowly fused.
But when it’s “hello, neighbour,” unless in small enough doses for the host group to absorb the injected one, it can only create vast tension. The incompatibilities which otherwise would be resolved become simply incompatibilities, to which the host begins to react, soundly or unsoundly. Before the scrappers chime in, one thing that certain Asians (one can only assume they mean Japanese and Han Chinese) and whatever might be assigned to “white” have in common is a subservient nature, content with being ordered and corralled and given to accepting authority for the simple fact of it being authority, so the governments will dictate and the hosts will swallow, there will be no “uprising.”
But, certainly, it is an unhealthy situation, as usual, borne out of college students’ feverish self aggrandizing dreams. It will only create hate and disgust, and bags of money for the token Organizers of It All ™. And, sure, much self-righteusness cocaine highs for the ideologically associated.
Vote for your local Trump, vote for ICE, or stop beating yourself up about it.
Real problems have real solutions, but not if you think emotionally.
Some groups have very high inbreeding rates and/or poor nutrition. That’s not going to help their intelligence no matter what the test. You have to feed your brain.
Needless to say, there is more to life than solving puzzles.
He’s even a musician, a kind and attentive husband and father with a sense of humour, and makes amazing scale models
