Humanism is Christianity.
If you are a humanist, then you are a christian. Very little actually changes in “human history” (read: christian, western civilization). Societies and nations don’t change much, if at all. Instead it is the words that change, in a pathetic, petty attempt to erase the past. In the new world nations, the western hemisphere, americas, United States, many citizens want to rename themselves in an attempt to cut away the past and transcend it. People, rightfully, want to look forward and build a future, the New World Order it’s called. That’s fine, go for it. But for now, we’ll investigate this change of terminology.
In the U.S. atheists, anti-theists, and non-theists all claim disbelief in God, but, do they truly disbelieve? No, because these types immediately claim that they are “human” and “humanists”. The supposed atheist, immediately admits her belief in humanism or “secular morals”. But where/when do these morals come from? What is the foundation for human rights and liberalism? These morons don’t even read any history at all. Because if they opened to page 1, then they’d see, exactly where and when their morality arose. Liberalism has a very strict and concise lineage in western history. It didn’t just pop up out of thin air.
Neither did the atheists, who want to doubt God, but ultimately, have failed.
The atheist movement in the west (by “west” I primarily mean united states only) is a complete failure. These naive morons, mostly young people, want to reject God and christianity. And they try hard, but fail in vain. Because the atheist doesn’t even know what/who exactly she is applying doubt toward. To doubt “God”, you must first understand God. This is the central failure of the atheist movement. It is a bunch of christians or post-christians, who want to move “beyond” their inherited moral beliefs. This comes from Nietzsche’s “Genealogy of Morality”.
Instead of admitting failure, embarrassment, what do the New Age atheists do? They renamed God. They renamed Christianity. God is “humanity”. Christianity is “humanism”. So when an atheist uses these terms, think about this connection. Where do “human rights” come from? Now, it’s blatantly obvious and clear what they all mean. The atheist means, indirectly, that “human rights” come from human morality. Where/when/who is its origin? Here, the atheists and liberals will answer with “science and evolution”. But this does not suffice to explain absolute origins and first cause, which is the demand of both theists and philosophers. So atheists and liberals default to “humanity”. What is humanity?
The Christ figure, Lord, is synonymous with “human”. To be a “human”, is to be like Christ. That’s how both atheists and theists, in the new world, both agree upon definitions. Because it doesn’t matter whether you believe in God, or not, both groups follow the same religion, the same spirituality, the same morality, the same civilization. And that is the ultimate commonality. Feigned difference is superficial and relegated. It has no major conflict, no major disagreement. Western atheists and theists both find a common enemy in Islam, for example, which explains completely the superficial nature of this cultural “paradox”. It’s not a paradox. It’s a shared morality.
Atheists obey Christian civilization, but simply “remove God”. Atheists accept all the indoctrination that Christianity classically produced, and produces now, but “dislike God”. Atheists adopt the Christian morality, but simply, don’t want to bow down, submit, and become humiliated, as Christians are, by their fealty to Christ as Lord over all men. Atheists want to imbibe the Christian wine, blood of Christ, without paying the price for it. This agreement between western atheists and theists, the shared morality, is called “Liberalism”.
Liberalism is the agreement between western atheists and theists, to share a moral foundation, culture, and civilization, but to disagree about the existence of God. Once you realize that God is unnecessary for the success of this moral indoctrination, then Nietzsche’s “Death of God” proclamation makes immediate sense. God did not die, per se. He simply was not needed, to be re-mentioned, by the entirety of the Christian faith. The “Word of God” became unnecessary to both the christian faith and “western civilization”.
Just as christians have shrouded their past in new words, terms, and symbols, so too have jews also attempted to erase their own past, in the new world. This urge to erase one’s past, comes from “Resentiment”, which is nihilism and self-hatred ingrained within the judaeo christian religion itself. The humiliation of men, before God, or before Christ as Lord, is the loss of pride of men. And this embarrassment is contradictory to the “free world” standard of the new world nations. For example, the united states is grounded politically on “freedom” for all men, the freeing of slaves, then how can judaeo christian morality take root within this culture of “pro freedom”?
Again, liberalism is the answer. Instead of “ending slavery”, slavery is just renamed and reformed. Is it a coincidence, now, that the united states has 17 trillion dollars indebted by the federal government? What is slavery, if not economic debt? Forget about spirituality and God, what makes people believe they are “free”, ever, to begin with?
Jews have a more powerful urge to erase their past, namely with the advent of the twentieth century, world war 2, and anti judaism throughout the history of european culture. Jews have never been fully or totally accepted within European nations. This cultural division, which the jews resent, desires synthesis in the united states and new world nations. The old world settlers partially hoped to “escape their past” in the new world. But this really did not happen. And it has not happened today. Because much of the past, or all of the past, has been transferred to the new world, with little or no historical difference.
The words changed, but the past did not, the culture did not, the people did not. And no amount of “opportunity” or “freedom” will solve the spiritual dilemma of the nihilistic, postmodern, liberal. She cannot escape her past. She cannot escape her self hatred and resentiment. She cannot offer any grand vision of the future, because in all her dreams or nightmares, the past is repeated. That is the true nature of her slavery, an endless repetition of the past. This is what Nietzsche called Eternal Recurrence. It is not until the past is embraced, even by those who hate it most, that it can be “overcome”. And those who can overcome such an ordeal, are who Nietzsche referred to as the “Overmen”. This is the overcoming of the past, properly.
It is not until this is achieved, that the “future” truly becomes freed and unlimited.
For now, liberalism is the archetypical ideology which the christian atheists, theists, and jews all share in common, in the new world nations. And because this political ideology is so binding, it will further dominate the west, and perhaps the world, in the centuries to come. But make no mistake, it is firmly grounded in a foundation, of God, Christ, and Christianity.
