Proves not only one picture is worth a thousand words, but that .at that reduced vat(vampires lair) min over matter don’t project a true picture, since they’re blown up out of proportion, hence can not be separated. Here, matter, heart :heart: and mind are conflated, and presume a preordained innocence that true love represents.

Not at all, it’s just that allowance should be made between existing in reduced circumstances, and here I’m musing with the meaning of ‘reduced’ land appearent capacity to see the bigger picture.

..back at working out, having not done so since the beginning of July.. my body and mind, having needed a well-deserved rest and a chance for my mounting-medley of supps teas and tinctures to fully kick in to take maximum effect without the muscle-recovery component of DOMS depleting their healing herbal powers needed to stimulate a constant succession of new stem cells which balances hormones, regenerates eyes gums teeth and bones, drastically-reduces inflammation, gives clarity of mind, and supes up the body’s many circulatory systems, which are all a necessity for optimal health.. so I simply stuck to daily walks instead, during that downtime.

Keeping it old school, with a 3 tri-set 10 rep circuit of squats push-ups and calf-raises.. going to failure on the last set, followed by abs/obliques - will throw in a full-body/one exercise weighted-workout.. to failure, once a week or so and my usual nightly well-being-inducing tai chi/qi gong routine. :om:
