This being the first time I’ve heard of this book -though I think I’ve seen the 1968 film-version, Charly- a dark dystopic situation to be in.. a situation that modern constraints, set upon individuals, created.
Yes, in deed, it’s a tough situation , more for others’ then Charlie’s, it is a perfect set up for a dystopian era, but quite a pro po of the situation at hand, irreducible societal and personal, an entropic squeeze.
