When the launchers came into use, war ethics took a turn for the worse. That would be centuries before Roosevelt. Had the inventors of the first fire bomb launchers had access to nukes , perhaps even the inventors of the bow and the inventors of guns ,they would have used them with abandon. I base it on the link in the OP, where Roosevelt seems to be wishfully asking over and over if it was ready in reference to Germany. Seems like they were intentionally delaying, even though Germany was twisted and evil. Imperial Japan was nasty too… but they never had a final solution. Where do we see higher birthrates? Where liberalism is not around.
