Fellas, I’ve been on both sides and I can tell you, I can PROMISE you, you wouldn’t want any more than you already have. That is, of course, if you want to participate in a lose-lose situation where there are no thank you’s from the membership, you’re always an asshole no matter what you do or don’t do, and enjoy being the lightning rod for every controversy where someone has a stomach ache. You have more freedom, greater respect as a member/contributor than you would EVER have working as a staff member. No one on staff will back me on this because… they are staff, but be careful what you wish for…

Even if rulership is a burdon, some people like a burdon. Some people like hardships and suffering, like christ, they sacrifice their flesh for the sake of spirit and other beings. As I’ve recently said, with ruling parties, the more the better. If we do things as a group, we can do more. If we had 10 admins and 100 mods, the job would be easier and higher quality for them. Hopefully ya understand what I mean.
