Most people say they have a vision of the other side or some higher sensation of feeling a divinity and god.
I didn’t feel any such thing. In those couple of moments when the car was spinning I myself felt weightless seeing only flashes of my life and as soon as we hit the ground with glass going all over the place in the vehicle I was in total acceptance of death.
There was no god but instead just me staring into oblivion.
When the van hit the ground I got out of my seatbelt almost falling on the driver since the driver side of the vehicle was touching the ground. I then kicked out the broken windshield saving myself first only to get the driver out afterwards and she was in bad shape pretty knocked up with her left ear ripped open with blood coming out everywhere including on me when I was trying to pick her out of the van.
The others in the back managed to get out the back doors worse off then the two of us up front considering that the van was modified in the back with no seatbelts.
(I imagine everyone was hitting the ceiling and each other during the spin in the back.)
Me and the driver were the only ones really calm with myself mostly laughing or joking the whole time freaking out the back passengers who thought I was crazy.
(The driver of the car is kinda like my big adopted sister if I think about it.)
The police, highway patrol, and fire trucks came onto to the scene asking everyone questions about the incident yet all I could do in the confusion was snatch the last three cigarettes that belonged to one of the passengers in the back not because I smoked but at the time it just seemed like a good idea to ease the sensation of the wreck.
The police were asking me questions throughout the whole time and it seemed like their voices was a distant static with myself just smoking away as if not one person was around me for miles.
The only person that seemed really hurt was one of the girls in the back who seemed to have severe back and neck problems. She is currently still in the hospital as far that I know.
A funny thing is that a police officer asked if I was on any drugs with myself replying, “No I am just clinically insane.” with himself saying,
“I guess that can’t be helped any other way.”
It got to the time where everyone was getting ready to go on the ambulances to the hospitals and I chosed to go with my friend who was the driver largely because she was the only one I liked out of the other five as I am pretty sure the others detested me to all out being afraid of my presence.
Here is where things get interesting…
It turns out that only the injured are allowed on the ambulance as their insurance companies stipulate that they can’t carry others with the roadcrews there offering me a disgusting accomodation of the police driving me to the nearest gas station in the middle of nowhere to find a way home. I basically had to fake being injured just to go with my friend in the ambulance followed by cussing out the medics, police officers and virtually everyone else there in between.
( It’s true, insurance companies do rule the world.)
I was not going to no dam gas station in the middle of nowhere and I would definately be damned if I had to walk home eighty miles.
We got at the hospital with myself put in a room and while I was there I felt fine like a new born child watching the twilight zone marathon on the emergency waiting room television set. I went to check up on my friend who got stiches in her ear followed by a shoulder brace and her family picked us up afterwards where we all went home.
( After checking the wrecked demolished van at a tow yard of course. It was nice and pretty.)
The knowledge of my own story here is that I did not once feel any divine presence and if anything I felt a couple seconds of peaceful tranquility spinning in the air that day in the van with total acceptance of death as if it was some other worldly stage of my life.
( The more I think about it there comes a realization in my mind that humanity doesn’t need a god and why millions of people pray to one is beyond me.)
