If that’s true, that’s just bad game design. Casualty of a single-player RPG becoming an MMORPG, I suppose. Charisma’s typically a stat that affects NPCs; player characters should only be affected by how you actually affect them, I think.
You and your friend Jim Bean…
Could be a secret door, but might just as well be a bug. It’s a Bethesda game, after all.
Yeah, reminds me of Far Cry 3 and 4 (and maybe it’s the same in 5 and 6)… Now that I think about it, could it be that you’re supposed to use your head and think like, hmm, where would stags hide out… Oh wait, there’s a woods nearby!
?
Maybe you should play a more bespoke crafting and base building game, dude…

Mate. I was literally in the middle of the objective circle where i was supposed to be to shoot these things, and none of em showed up. So then I’m running around looking for em and instead, i come up on a pack of giant radiated werewolves or something that i waste all my ammo on. It’s not a pleasant experience by any measure.
I fear the game may have failed to cue the stags once i entered the objective area. Tried a few times. Nuthin. Fuck those stags, mate.
No, look, I’m saying maybe you shouldn’t stay in the circle at all… Maybe you’re supposed to use the circle as the starting point from which to look for a nearby area where stags like to hang out!
