I’m gonna guess the UK or the US.
UTC+2 = Cairo, Istanbul, Helsinki, Kiev, Jerusalem, Johannesburg, Bucharest, Athens (default time on Control Panel).
Ben was in the UK, I do believe. Or at least a British Citizen (which does leave some territories in the UTC+2 open), but Carleas is an American. I’m not sure where it is now and/or what has gone on since Carleas bought the place.
