Dont do it. or your trapped.
Ohmygod. Its like you read my mind. I’m a virgin too, 21, and its really, really weird. I’ve had 2 proper girlfriends, going out with both for a reasonable amount of time. A couple of times of drunken fooling around with girls, and 1 particular guy. I could have had sex many times in my life, it just didn’t happen. I’m not embarrassed but yeah.
here’s the low down. Sex isn’t all that good. It sucks your first time…
If you’re worried that you’ll ruin it, don’t be, you can always have sex another time.
Pick a decent girl for your first time, a bad experience might sour you for a few years.
If you want to wait that’s probably a good idea, i hear that they have the best experiences…
Sex can be extremely pleasureable, and it is the best medicine i know of…
But it can also be a chore…
In any case, sex isn’t the end of the road… Dont be afraid.
dont stick your body in another body. it might make another body. The future isn’t bright for the new body. You’d be doing yourself and the new being a diservice. Fuck pleasure. hold back.Suffering underlies that pleasure anyway.
not if you do it in her ear… ![]()
…nothing wrong with waiting till you are good and ready.
Do it when it feels right
Sex, to paraphrase Marcus Aurellius, is just the churning of body fluids to create a sensation.
Did it couple of times, but not really that good as they say. It is okay. Stress reliever and something to talk or remember about if you’re bored. Personally I enjoy kissing more.
Maybe tha’t the problem with philosophers we surpass our animal appetites. Haha. ![]()
Well nothing wrong with being a virgin, at least no STD or worrying if you knocked up any girl.
So do it if you are ready for life and responsibilities.
Dude - you’re afraid you’ll have nothing to look forward to?
Kill yourself.
Really.
It’s just sex.
It’s not a holy act.
It’s not Communion with The Aeternal.
It’s not a Passage.
It’s not even always fun.
And it does require a bit of practise to be good at it.
It’s like smoking dope - you don’t even get high the first time, or don’t realise it.
Or getting drunk - it requires some practise to get a good buzz - a really good buzz, without puking.
Besides, performing the act of coitus is only a small part of it - if you’ve already had oral sex, for instance, well, that’s sex.
Really, it is.
I know you young people don’t call it sex, but it’s sex.
Just kidding about the “kill yourself” part.
My girlfriend thinks I should make that clear.
If I expect to get laid tonight, I’d better comply.
Hmmmm…maybe you’re right to wait.
Hmmmm…
What Faust said…
Seriously sex for a guy consists of ejaculation.
My girlfriend occasionally asks, ‘was it good for you’, I tell her, ‘what a stupid question’.
Ejaculation for guys feels good. On a special occasion it feels really good.
Lets be honest, if you enjoy wanking, then you’ll enjoy sex.
Although if you care about the other person, then you’ll want them to enjoy it too.
As I’ve never had sex with a guy I can’t comment on that, but for girls it probably/most likely requires some practice.
But practice does indeed make perfect. And unlike most hobbies, practising sex is fun.
As for having nothing to look forward to, I know this might sound really corny, but love is something to look forward to.
Sex with someone you love is pretty much 100 times better than a one night stand. At least in my opinion.
I wish my girlfriend asked how it was for me… You’re a lucky man.
I’m sure there are psychological reprocussions dealing accutely with sexuality. It’s prevalant in some more than others. Your particular reason sounds less related to sexuality, because if you think sex is all there is-- you have problems, virgin or not.
I’m no therapist but I play one on the internet and since you went there anyway . . . my preliminary diagnosis is that you haven’t allowed yourself to foster an interest in something, a passion, a drive, that you want to pursue in life, outside of sex. My perscription is that you appreciate that sex-fear, when you encounter that timid person afraid of getting sexual assault. But also that you spend time asking yourself “what do I like to do. What would I probably pour over my whole life, after getting laid?”
In contrast, I didn’t see an end- I felt my life doesn’t start until I get some.
. . . my life didn’t start for a while . . .
Oral sex counts? Thats news to me. Well I guess I’m now officially not a virgin!
Lots of stuff counts. Virginity itself is an economic term. The difference between a new and a used commodity. It hardly counts anymore.
Foreplay can ensue before you are even physically with your partner.
Let’s use a little imagination, here, folks.
Sexy is a state of mind.
If you’re good enough at it, so can sex be.
You aren’t subject to their somewhat primitive desires in the sense that they think about nothing else. Like guys who go in groups to bars every single night just trying to get lucky. It’s a waste of time, wait for it to come to you. It doesn’t even phase me, as I don’t see it as a big deal like most people do. Right when you finish, the last thing you want to think about is sex. “Well, that was fun…bye!”
Pointless.
oh go kill yourself alrdy…
anyway… yeah sex srsly isnt the last thing so dont worry bout that… i say try it, see if you like it, if not, no worries… and its always there incase you want to have sex again
not if ur a woman… woman are physically virgins and males are just emotionally virgin
you have, and the only reason i remember is because you wrote that you would suck other boys’ penises when you were a little kid
(in the tell me something unusual about yourself topic)
my logic in this: if you DO have sex, you’ll WILL have something to look forward to: a (usually) pleasurable
and redeeming experience that you can enhance with time, practice etc
spread your seed, my friend. and if you’re self conscious then just do it with an emo chick, you’ll feel better about yourself ![]()
I think that if more men realised that sex is not restricted to coitus, there would be more sexually satisfied women out there.
The “sex act” itself is significant only within the context of “women as property”. Female virginity has a market value. Still.
In the US in particular, but certainly not only there, sex remains a matter of some mystique - a very significant act.
Losing one’s virginity is a big deal.
Sex that’s not for purposes of procreation is still something of a forbidden fruit.
This is why young people today don’t count blowjobs as sex - it doesn’t make babies. Plausible deniability. Bill Clinton tried this. Which led to a ridiculous parsing of just what sex is. Look it up. It was a joke.
This is all very religious.
i would say it’s more of a social trend…
Maybe described as a shifting “norm”
I recently saw a documentary on someone named “the weepy voiced killer”…
He is literally insane, but in a strange way…
he speaks normal, has normal manners, is a general nice guy, likes to make friends… likes to make friends…
When he makes a friend wherever they go (always women) he instinctivley murders them…
“Eating, breathing, killing, Isn’t that a part of life?”
Look him up and you will see some disturbing evidence of just how different a mind can become from hat we call “the norm”
