injury

So I had arthroscopic knee surgery for a lateral meniscus tear and the doctor told me that he also had to shave out what he called a scar band that he said builds up when there is a injury to the knee sometimes. the scar band had built up on my medial side of the knee. Has anyone ever had scar tissue in there knee that they had removed? If you did please share your experience. Any advice is appreciated, thanks.

Never had that surgery or any surgery yet for that matter, all I can say is that sounds horribly painful. I do hope it works out for you, I also know that gentle therapy will help speed recovery time. If you have doubts about your Doctor get another opinion or two. Stay with treatments only as long as they work.
