Interstellar Travel

Friction in space is caused mostly by hydrogen, electromagnetic radiation is probably insignificant in comparison…
The matter has to be decided by experts.
Rays in space are mostly thought to be laser rays, the fashion theese days:
I think the properties of concentrated sunshine needs more attention…

For instance as a method of transporting matter within solar systems?
Perhaps we want to terraform Venus by replacing the lost hydrogen,
can it be done by directing solar rays by parabolic mirrors
functioning as vacuum cleaners transporting hydrogen from space to Venus?
Or vaporising metals at Mercury exporting them to Earth or Moon by rays?

But what to me is of most interest is the question : Can we live in a “Death Ray”?
Simply put: Can we construct an egg/spaceship/spacecity that refuses to boil?

If so we can, by building Dyson Spheres around suns, create and traverse an autostrada to the next Galaxy!
