Hi Ben!!

I use Amazon constantly. I love the idea of getting the discount on books - sometimes .01. Doesn’t get cheaper than that.

How do you like your Nano? I want to get my son one for his birthday in a few weeks. What does it have over the mini?

I split the thread so I can keep the Amazon one on topic. Bess, the nano is AWESOME, you can’t really understand how small it is until you can see and that’s what it has over the mini. As I understand, ipod are phasing out the mini design?

THe nano has all the ipod-goodness that we know and love but it really is very discreet. If you’re looking for big storage then go for a mini or a standard ipod.

The Ipod family, in my humble opinion, is 2 different things:

  1. An over-priced selection of mini-hardrives/flash memory with little screens and headphoes sticking-out of them…

AND

  1. Probably the only thing that keeps Macintosh from going under. Get that! A pioneer in the computer industry turing into a merely MP3 player company.

I paid $78.00 dollars for an MP3 players with the IDENTICAL specifications as the Ipod Shuffle (which sells for $99.99). :wink:
