I think this is true for a lot of guys though.

Is that because it makes you want them more when they are indifferent to you? this relates to either gender btw, and doesn’t just pertain to guys.
It’s true. I do find an indifferent woman incredibly sexy. 
Perhaps we are evolutionary programmed to do so… for mating reasons - hard to get = more loyal to one’s mate, which ensures that any offspring are yours, but yes… hard to get is also sexy 
I want a woman who will get up in my grill and tell me to sit down, and then not get mad when I don’t.
