Is global warming a hoax?

It’s ignorant to think we aren’t having an impact on our planet.

Yes, the problem is exaggerated. To say that it’s a hoax is also an exaggeration.

Also, who cares of it’s man-made or not? Warming is happening and we should consider what this means.

Warming or not, we should be taking a lot of these measures anyway.

If anything I think we are having more of a impact on the planet through overpopulation than CO2 emissions.

But I suppose you are correct in saying that one cannot easily deny that the planet is warming through temperature.

( More and more I’m not convinced that it is happening entirely by human beings alone considering that the planet historically has gone through many thousand year period cycles in the past when it concerns temperature if we were to listen to geologists.)

Absolutely. Our percentage of the effect is still up for debate, but we do contribute.

is global warming still (or was it ever) strictly about warming?

or do they jump about to impact on environment.
Cos i’m sure we have an impact on the environment. But does snowing in mexico fall within “global warming” and its “effects”? Because effects really could cover anything, even the extinction of cockroaches.

Let’s not talk crazy.

Well lets take what we know historically from geological studies. Yes the Earth has a cycle of warming and cooling. Also Co2 levels in the air have been far higher in the past, in fact before the Industrial Revolution.

One thing I am always amazed by though is people don’t talk about deforestation. I’m not saying never cut down a tree but there is a huge industry of illegal logging around the world. Since the vegetation is the Co2 filter for the planet Is it not logical to assume there is a substantial impact being made there that might be fixed quicker than green house gas emissions.

And one question. I remember a few years ago we didn’t have enough ozone and that the Earth was going to have an ice age soon if we didn’t act. How did we go from ice age to global warming in 10 years?
