Why do humans hate nothingness and non existence ?
You can’t feel nothing, so it can’t be better than feeling anything else to feel it.
We hate meaning deficit, but we fill it with junk meaning (nihil) and (so) are never satisfied.
Keep asking why. This is what happens when you stop:
It is natural to have feelings and emotions, you only need to master in controlling them. Once you’ve mastered in controlling them you’ll feel better.
Nothingness is an alien concept and unnatural.

Can a human even control their emotions ?
Indirectly, as much a proven fact cognition-clarification-to?( can’t think of it just now)
Void magic has hinted void and abyss. It can be difficult but it’s got eternal free energy for you!
Google “self-regulation techniques skills” and click on the videos tab… start with the shorter ones until life calls you away to other, more pressing matters.
Please note that people aren’t gonna wanna learn this if they get whatever they want whenever they want it … no matter how they try. Somebody has to say where the buck (boundary, and a bigger Yes) stops/starts.
Feeling anything is better than nothing at all.

Because it destroys the egos they use as crutches to deal with the insecurities of everyday life while also robbing them of self-satisfaction.
Actually if your a Buddhist nothingness should be the only thing your familiar with.

I do not think that is the case.
Is it better to feel nothing than to feel good and bad?
I think you can find out your answer to this question by asking yourself if you would try extremely hard not to get killed. Now many people don’t identify with the part of themselves, as they conceive it, that instinctively fights for survival, but the fact it is, it is a part of the organism you are. If you think you would fight to live in many situations - including just running away - then there’s your answer.
Let’s translate this into something more accurate: can the part of humans that is not the emotions choose to control and succeed in controlling another part of themselves, the emotions? Yes, it can. One part can even imprison other parts of ourselves and even forget they existed.
I guess im not human then, cause i dont hate nothingness and non-existence.
Absence of a “you” there is no need for satisfying feelings or needs.
All returns to 0 and equilibrium
There is no need, no pain, no gain, no suffering. There is just nothing and everything.
This is the paradox of fearing nonexistence.
People fear it as an absence, meanwhile there is no absence in nonexistence. Just peace.
I think we fear what we don’t understand. And we can’t imagine not existing, least I can’t.
