Is it possible to feel angry and hateful all of the time?

Is this possible ? And are there people out there who only exclusively feel anger and hatred for other people all of the time ?

There are some who feel anger and hatred at all times. Those individuals should be rejected in social company.

It is a wasted of energy and life feeling hatred or anger all of the time.

Because they don’t know any better.

Often people have a go to emotion, one they are more comfortable with. Usually one of the big three: anger, fear or grief. The problem is that this emotion comes up when actually other emotions are the underlying feeling. Instead of feeling fear, the person gets angry - it’s just comfier for them. One of the many problems with this is that the fear doesn’t get dealt with, in this example, so it’s still there, but rage is felt and expressed instead. So, the anger doesn’t go away, it’s just there ‘frontin’’ for the fear. This can happen in any combination. But there are angry people and scared people and sad people or they have these as their core comfortable for them reactions.

Unfortunately, there are some benefits to having an aura of anger around you. People often appease others who are filled with barely suppressed anger. Sales clerks will do whatever they can to prevent what seems like a potential explosion. To those who are comfy with anger, it can feel like a full collapse - or a loss of power - if they feel their fear or grief. So, they try not to.

They should be shown mostly by example how to resolve conflicts and solve problems that are theirs to solve, and reserve their focus for things they can control. They should be validated for how they feel about a **** situation and given options of what to do if they can’t fix it—using their strengths and the surrounding resources available to them (the situation is usually never 100% ****). If they’re still gonna obsess over things that are not their problems to solve, or that they can do nothing about, you gotta be the one to go do something else and stop worrying about them so much and let them work it out for themselves. If they keep coming into your awareness, just ask them how that’s working out for them, and revisit the prior options you discussed. If it’s the same old story, try to change the subject to something a lot more interesting. Maybe you could both use a fun distraction or you could help someone who is in a similar or worse situation… take the focus off of yourself/problem for a while. Sometimes after doing such things you come back with more ideas to solve the problems.

It also sometimes helps to imagine a different time that you struggled and remember that you don’t have to deal with all that stuff anymore, which makes all the stuff you’re currently dealing with …so worth it. (Run tell them that.)

And remember you’re loved despite your crap and to love them likewise. That’s the only real motivation to solve anything. I mean, at the end of the day, if you don’t care about that, then I don’t know what else to tell you.
