In the provetie case, a trial / due process was given to a dog, who biten a child to death who was holding a piece of meat.
It would be rational that the punishment should go for the owner’s dog, but in this case, the owner is the child’s father.
The results was to let the dog be hanged, and the other dogs to be witnesses so they would not commit the same act.
Reports says, that the smell of the same species blood shocks them.
I heard cases about kids shooting or bow and arrow to domestic pets.
im kinda curious to see what other people will say first. id go with depends on the circumstances like all killing but in that case i dont know. it sounds like the judge is a little crazy. but with dogs… theres two things. one you have to figure theyre friggen animals in the first place. its not like buying an alligator but its definately not like buying daisies. and the other thing… dogs are supposed to listen to the owner. but then again raising kids with a dog is asking for trouble in one way or another.
I think you meant to title this thread, “Is killing BY an animal a crime?” The way you worded it, it sounds as if a person killed an animal, not vice-versa.
