Yes, this is why people argue and disagree about what is right and wrong. It is often already complex enough in specific situations given competing values and the difficulty of rank ordering these, but add on top of that what you describe about how people basically misuse their own subjectivity as if it were objectivity itself. It is not. Their subjectivity CAME FROM other more objective causes, but that is not the same as saying it is equal to the objective.
We must be able to parse our subjective from objective aspects, understand these each in their proper place and context. Most people donât even know this is possible, let alone an important thing to do.

As there was something before the multiple big bangs which caused them then everything does not cancel out so moral absolutes existed before all matter appeared on the scene.
People with different world views provide different answers on what is objective:
For Christians, objective truth is Jesus and the Bible.
For Muslims, objective truth comes from Quran and their prophet Mohammed.
For Buddhists, the objective goal is the enlightenment.
From the non-religious, the Stoics consider the pursuit of vitues, while the hydonists promote the pursuit of happiness.
The list goes on and on. All these different objective paths eventually lead to different interpretations on what constitutes good moral standard.
For me, the preferable solution is as follows: I can choose which ever path seems better for me, using my own criteria. I can follow the âobjectiveâ goals and moral standards of this path, with complete understanding that it is a path that has passed through my subjective lenses. Thus, I can explain to others the path, but I should not expect that everyone can accept or agree with this path.

There is no guessing in the above procedure. You follow your path with certainty, because it is the one that you chose and suits you the best. And you can also be certain that not everyone is going to agree with you.
