Is the united nations a international court where they trial other nations. Or it just a debate and argument what is good and what is bad for the country to do.
Should we have an internaltional court where we prosecute leaders?
Which judge would be qualified?
Will not be a great advanatage where you can sued manfucatures in other countries?
Will it not be better to have a government that rules the entire world?
Like Phaedrus said, the International Court of Justice (ICJ) is located at (in) the Hague in the Netherlands. The ICJ is an organ of the United Nations, and certain international conflicts among party nations are generally heard here. From what I understand, there is also an international criminal court; I’m not sure what the jurisdiction of this court is.
