This can be perceived as being racist…unless there were white prisoners included.
Which seems to be more racist - to me I would say the above since it might depict only blacks as being criminals. Yours is too Turd - on some level - I may be wrong - yours may be more racist. But some blacks and asians might laugh at that - some might not. I think that racism can sneak up on us. Perhaps yours would be less racist if there were another black person in the picture but I may be wrong.
How many white prisoners would need to be in the picture for it not to be considered racist?
If a picture has only one person in it and he is black and he is a prisoner… is that racist?
What if the majority of the people in an area are black (let’s say 90%), then would it be racist to show 4 black prisoners?
Similarly … if a picture showed 4 white prisoners, then would that be racist?
Notice that nobody complains that all the prisoners are male. Should not all pictures of prisoners depict 50% women?

No. But if the person who put up the picture has many more pictures of criminals, who are all white, then it might be racist. I think it depends on intent.
Not unless some of the other 10% of whites were criminals too and they weren’t shown. Then that would be showing the wrong perception deliberately.

But again, based on the comparison with the other image which Turd put up, like I said, my gut instinct was that it could be more racist.

We need coed prisons and affirmative action to get proportional representation of gender, sexual orientation, race, creed, etc for all prison populations. Anything less is unacceptable. 
Because they wouldn’t be lining up male cons in front of a female prison.
I don’t know a great deal about prisons. Are there any co-ed ones around?

I don’t think it’s racist. I don’t think the prisoner picture is racist either. A picture of a bunch of people of the same race isn’t inherently racist. It’s a pretty silly thing to say that it’s racist.
Agreed. I wasn’t saying it was racist. I was asking if something could make it racist - for instance, something added.
