Touching a butthole without that person’s consent is called sexual assault, it is evil. I did not see any problems about it. Why do you consider it not evil?

When a butthole is touched, assuming the other person is sentient, energies are sensed, taint may be retracted. And the energies are pleasant. It is a case of giving someone unwanted pleasant energies. So your definition of evil is giving someone unwanted pleasant energies.
