It is litterally below zero at my house. I can see my breath. I am doing this to live lightly. Arbiter of Change told me to do this. He said cold shower made you strong. I want to be strong. I want to be strong Trixie. I wonder if cold temperatures will cure my depression. This is what the Native americans did, they lived in a teepee. I am going to save so much money this winter from doing this. I feel stronger already. I read online that cold showers cure depression. Well now I dont have to take cold showers. I just substitute cold air, and I can still take my hot baths, with cold air in place of cold showers. I am going to be super strong.
Eh, I’m not sure that’s a clever idea Trixie. Exposing yourself to cold temperatures for prolonged periods of time isn’t the same as taking a cold shower. What you’re doing is very probably harmful to your health.

But would you still do it if you could easily pay the bills (if you were very wealthy)? That is the question… a question of your diogenestic conscience. Are you just making excuses and calling this thing an adventure because you have to in order to bear it… or have you chosen to keep the heat off from an abundance and excess of strength? A curiosity perhaps. Testing ones limits and abilities as it were. We delight in the mild masochistic suffering we inflict on ourselves because it gives us an indication of our capacities and powers, see.

Being at home in many strange and inhospitable places others know nothing of! Suffering makes noble. It separates those who can afford a power bill and those who cannot… but tell themselves otherwise.
If I was rich it would alter the timeline. If I was rich 5 years ago I might not be the person I am today. That’s the power of words. By your mere post you have altered the timeline, so there is no possible way for a rich person to not do this now. After reading your words, they will be compelled to not use the heat in the winter. However, my words may have disrupted the timeline again, a rich person, aware of the timeline, may or may not choose to test their limits, become a stronger, nobler person, and see how much they can save energy in winter with a natural, homeopathic, organic lifestyle.
