Government people are allowed to mass murder people, citizens aren’t. All they have to is slap a sticker on themself saying “Im from the government” and they can murder, nuke, or serial kill anyone they want, even unarmed women and children. Actually, Attorney Generals nor the FBI is empowered to “mass murder”, only sheriffs and governors, the National Congress, State Congresses, and President, or any active US military officer is allowed to raise posse or militia to put down rebellion.
FBI is a 20th century invention, and lack this mandate. Attorney Generals are just fancy fucking prosecutors, not a magistrate, and not even judges (magistrates) can mass murder, they are only allowed enough baliffs to control a courtroom, not pacify the countryside.
