Justice is **The Settling of Disputes.**

Two men, they have a dispute over a property boundary. They could knife fight over it. They could have some sort of Civil War that escalates into Hatfield’s vs McCoy’s. They could take their dispute before an elder of the community, someone whose judgement is trusted by both parties, and he listens to both side, and makes a decision. Dispute over.

Given a man was murdered, what stops the family of the man who murdered from seeking revenge? A man’s son was murdered. Why shouldn’t a man take revenge on the murder and his family? There may be an expectation of justice from the government. The dispute is settled in court.

Justice is the Settling of Disputes. Given a man in the USA was to be arrested for public intoxication, who was the injured party? A man was arrested, he plead “Not Guilty.” He receives a piece of paper. On that piece of paper it says that he violated the Honor of the City or County or State of \_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_.

Given a man was ticketed for not wearing his seatbelt, who was the injured party? The Honor of the City or County or State of \_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_. We are venturing into an understanding of The Nanny State, and contradictions. Whenever a man has to go to court, there was an injured party.

The justice system in Western countries is built on a particular understanding of Justice and Honor and Authority. Ideology and bad philosophy has taken these understandings of Justice and Honor and Authority some other way. Something to think about.

Where did this understanding of Justice come from?

God through Moses, he lead Israel out of Egypt. The people of Israel, they were a loose collection of families and tribes. Back in Egypt, there were institutions and laws and structure. The people of Israel looked to God, through Moses, for guidance. What were some of the first things that happened?

Law was given.
Judges were appointed.

Men tend to have disputes. Justice is a fundamental need of man. Justice is the Settling of Disputes.

> Where did this understanding of Justice come from?

The transition from a private dispute to an offense against the “Honor of the State” began around the 10th and 11th centuries in England with the concept of The King’s Peace (Pax Regis).
Originally, the King’s Peace only applied to the king’s actual presence, his highways, or specific holy days. If you committed a crime there, you weren’t just injuring the victim; you were insulting the King’s authority. Over time, the Norman kings expanded this concept to cover the entire realm at all times.

**The Social Contract (17th–18th Century):** Philosophers like Thomas Hobbes and John Locke argued that citizens surrender their right to private vengeance to a sovereign government in exchange for protection. The state gains a monopoly on violence to keep order.

**Legal Paternalism (19th–20th Century):** Originally, liberal philosophy (like John Stuart Mill’s “Harm Principle”) argued that the state should only intervene to prevent harm to _others_. However, as the concept of the “State” morphed from a monarch into a collective “Community,” the definition of harm expanded.

* * *

Im actually surprised by this myself. I didnt know that morphing the state and government into a literal being took this many hundreds of years from the legal perspective.

Well. This question is not unrelated to, but still tame when it comes to thought crimes.
Thats where sh-t really starts to hit the fan

If I was looking at a college textbook for Comparative Politics, we may be able to find the following definitions:

Negative Freedom - Leave Me Alone. (This is Classical Liberalism.)

Positive Freedom - The Government takes “Positive” Action towards providing people freedom. (Modern Liberalism. The foundation for Welfare States.)

Seatbelt laws would be an example of the government taking “Positive Action,” as defined by Academia, at this time. The difference between if COVID happened in 1970 vs how the government reacted in 2020, that would be the difference between Negative and “Positive” Freedom. In 1970, dealing with COVID may have been the responsibility of families, doctors, and possibly at the neighborhood or community level.

These are interesting things to think about.

A lot of people have become “Self-Centered Seekers of Pleasure.” Egotists. That may be a girl on Social Media looking for attention. That may be a lustful person. That may be a Judge who believes that Honor was a 1950’s thing and good riddance, and that Honor was just a title, or a Judge who became an activist looking to do “Good.” “Social Justice” was someone working to create conflicts in society, or resurrect old conflicts towards profiting in someway off of disputes.

Honor is a particular quality. Honor is the quality of being morally right, and meeting the standard. Given a Judge or Politician was to give “Reason to Doubt,” he may may be no longer in good standing. He may need to justify himself…or be removed. A dishonorable judge lowers the legitimacy of government, and becomes a tyrant.

Given a King, as Chief Executive, and Chief Judge, was to do something dishonorable, there may have been civil war. A lot of Judges and Politicians have been dishonorable, believing the ends justify the means. People have died, and wars fought over less than what has gone on in many Western Countries.

Truth, is just and right, because thats the nature of truth. It is true in and of itself and thus cannot be questioned or relativized because its true.

You can have your opinions about it, you can perceive it as damaging to you, you can do a great many things to depose it from a positive and inject it into a negative setting, but you cannot question it because its true. You can only act upon it.

The Truth hurts. Knowledge brings sorrow. Ignorance is bliss?

A lot of people have been living in lies and false perceptions. The bigger the lie, the more dangerous and damaging the Truth may be. Someone in a big lie, they may have doubled down. They stole “truth.” They painted a perception in people’s minds that they were the righteous and good ones. They worked to point the finger at, defame, dishonor, anyone who was getting close to exposing their lies.

Correct. And truth is intolerant, rigid, unapologetic and oppressive.
But it is just and right, because its true.

When truth starts to hurt you, when you slip into a state opposite of truth, its not the truth that is the problem. Its us. Its us who then needs to ask: Something is really bent out of shape here, what is wrong with the picture.

And thats correct too.
People try to twist the truth. Lie about the truth. Mask the truth.
They also confuse their own truth, subjectivity with THE truth.
As the saying goes, there are three truths: Yours, mine and the truth.

The point is that objective truth is singular, and it remains the truth.

There are hierarchies in society. A basic hierarchy may be children - parents. Children don’t know what mom dad were prior to them being mom and dad. Their perceptions are limited. Mom and dad are mom and dad.

Some Hierarchies in Society

- Student - Teacher - Principle - School District.
- Worker - Manager - District Manager - CEO
- Citizen - Mayor - Governor - President.

A student didn’t know much. He is looking up to, and counting on his teacher, potentially, to teach and enlighten him. Was the teacher a good shepherd or bad? Through all these hierarchies, there may be a limit of perceptions.

God is King of Kings and Lord of Lords. He sees everything. He knows every hidden scheme and every plot. True objectivity comes through God. Objectivity towards…what? God’s plan is God’s Kingdom. God’s Kingdom has particular values. Someone in living in Houston serving God, he may have gained insight into schemes and underhanded dealing going on in that city. Someone like Jeremiah, he was Prophet to the Nations. He may have been given insight into what various Kings and their Courts were up to. True objectively comes from God where someone is seeing things more as God sees them.

God is self-evident. People in their wickedness have worked to hide God away. (Romans 1:18-25) God is scary.

Views on Society

Atomism - Society is made out atoms working independently.
Organicism - Society is a living organism.

Given someone viewed society as Atomistic, they may have had a false perception of equality. “We are all just human beings” they thought. This is blinding. For most of history, society has been viewed or functioned as organic. In an organic society, there are unequal parts. The laborer has his role to play, just as the smith who makes the laborer’s tools. On top of society, there may have been a ruling class. How a ruling class perceived was different.

Through most of human history, there may have been “Ruling Classes.” Nobles. Patricians. How does someone govern? That is a different type of perception and thought processes.

The Lord is a Shepherd. (Psalms 23) A priest has a flock. Were you in the fold? Some Egyptian mummies, they have had a Rod and a Staff. How does Pharaoh keep his slaves in line? There is a way of thought, a philosophy. This philosophy or way of thought has been in The US Congress, but many people didn’t know how to identify it.

The Lord is a Shepherd. He has a staff leading to good things and his Kingdom. He has a Rod of Misery. (Isaiah 45:7) Carrot and Stick.

What is The Light? The Democrats are progressing. Towards what? The Republicans are for law and order. Given they were working in tandem to deceive, there may have been some sort of goal with a Totalitarian Mega Socialist State. We may be able to see this most easily with AI Data Centers and Flock Cameras. Being against these things isn’t necessarily left or right. AI Data Centers and Flock Cameras both potentially greatly strengthen the state against people.

Yes. For example, some people literally believe, absolutely, that some thing created the whole Universe all at once.

For example, like when people learned that the earth was not flat, the sun did not revolve it, and it exists within an eternal and infinite Universe.

The Truth is these are just some False labels, (which some people believe are true), placed upon some human beings.

Imagine believing, absolutely, the False teaching that the Thing that created the Universe, all at once, had a penis, and then, worse still, imagine coming into a philosophy forum of all places, talk about Truth, and then keep spreading the Falsehood that you believe is the absolute truth.

The Question: How may someone learn to see Scheming?

Talking about religion and God over the internet, a lot of people have needed false things to be true. You ever go to the doctors office, and they have toys for toddlers? There may be a toy with shapes. There is a square, and a circle, and triangle, and so on. The toddler, he works to put a square, in the square shaped hole.

Talking about God and religion…towards an understanding of scheming…some people need false things to be true. They tend to be stubborn about it. They may have been ego invested like a Theologian or Philosopher who wrote a book. He was ego invested in being wrong. He was basically like a toddler working to force a square into a triangle. It doesn’t work. It doesn’t fit.

Understanding scheming and politics is like understanding a murder trial. Given you can provide motive, we may be able to see how decisions made added up to something. It doesn’t necessarily mean someone is guilty, but we may be to move ahead with a trial.

The Democrats have been “Progressive.” To progress, there was a vision or a plan. What was the plan?

A political party is an entity. It has a history. As an entity, said political party may have had long term plans. What were those long term plans? The freshmen Senator from Nebraska may not have been aware. He was about to be initiated into something unless he was careful.

If someone was egotistical and projecting what they wanted to believe, they were probably being knee jerked around. They were just reacting and several moves behind. The political party had long term plans.

In the 1980’s, there was The Cold War. It was good against evil. Capitalism vs Communism. This was easy to understand. Where is America going after the Cold War? The goal during the Cold War was containment and defeat of Communism. What was the goal afterwards? The Government worked to replace The Cold War with a War on Terror, and an Axis of Evil. That didn’t work out. The Democrats worked to replace The War on Terror with Evil Nationalist Russia. This is some of the thought processes going on in Government. Some of the biggest anti-War advocats on the Left suddenly became War Hawks over Ukraine, looking to invest American blood and $$$ over in Europe.

So, ‘you’, still, do not yet know. I suggest ‘you’ ‘grow up’ and ‘mature’ so that ‘you’ will end up knowing.

I have NOT thrown one insult, let alone insults here.

> You ever go to the doctors office, and they have toys for toddlers? There may be a toy with shapes. There is a square, and a circle, and triangle, and so on. The toddler, he works to put a square, in the square shaped hole.

Similar to how some people spend their WHOLE lives ‘trying to’ put God into a male figure.

Yet some people who have been presented with the irrefutable proof that God could NEVER be a “he”, still ‘try’ their hardest to put God into that False category’.
