Kant on going global (1784)

Kant requires three factors to become an authority who can establish a perfect civil constitution: “a correct conception of the nature of a possible constitution, great experience tested in many affairs of the world, and above all else a good will prepared to accept the findings of this experience,” (Idea, 47)
