When I see such type of weird things, I like to investigate deeper.
This person is teaching biochemistry in St Hilda’s College. In the relevant page at the College, the only biographical information that is given is:
Matt has been a non-stipendiary lecturer at St Hilda’s since October 2023.
So, we are talking about someone who is teaching without salary, in a College that has course fees for the students.
Yes, definitely, this recrutement was the best choice, worth the money of the tuition fees. No non-scientific criteria were used in this “hiring”…
It is sarcasm. Hiring implies payment of the employee. Without even discussing potential agenda for the LGBTQ, a scientist with good credentials will not work for free in a College with thousands of pounds course fees per year.
Thus, I deduce that the “no salary” was at least one criterion, which is non-scientific.

Look at the man who doesn’t give a shit about men who are forcing their revolting fetishes on women.
K: So, how exactly is this person, forcing their revolting fetishes on
women? How exactly does that work? My daughter, just exactly how
is this person forcing his ‘‘revolting fetish’’ on my daughter?
Kropotkin
VictorMcCheeseEsq:
Imagine men telling women that they need to ‘suck it up and shut up’ because the needs of men to ‘express’ themselves are far more important than women’s safety and rights.
K: and exactly how does this person threaten a women safety and rights?
VM: I mean, that’s what women are for isn’t it? To be participants in male fetish cosplay? How dare we object.
K: and is it, as you call it, ‘‘male fetish cosplay’’ or is that person legitimately
expressing who they are? hasn’t it occurred to you that that is exactly who
that person is and by what right, do we have to condemn them, for being
exactly who they are? and how does that impact women, in any, way,
shape or form?
VM: Imagine a man needing gigantic fake breasts to ‘be who he is’. And what IS ‘that’, exactly? What is he ‘being’? Hmmm?
K: and men needed fake hair to be who they are? or women having breast
implants? Or how about plastic surgery, to nip and tuck what ails one?
is that also engaging in ‘‘Cosplay’’ and who are you to make that decision,
real or cosplay?
VM: Express yourself’ (whatever the fuck that means) as you like, peter kropotkin, but as soon as it impacts women negatively then you are going to get a pushback whether you like it or not.
K: and once again, how does that person negatively impact women?
how does a man or a women dressing differently, impact us negatively?
Kropotkin
These men like to ‘identify’ as little girls (apparently ‘little girls’ in a 1950s horror film). According to PK they are only ‘expressing who they are’. According to the likes of PK they should be allowed access to children. He would have no problem with these men teaching children.

This man is a school teacher. This is what he looks like when he’s teaching children. There used to be a time when people dressed appropriately in public and for their job. Why is it now considered a ‘human right’ to flaunt your fetish in public? No one needs to do that. One can only ‘hope’ that he doesn’t have a nasty accident with that buzzsaw. That would be ‘terrible’. Those things look like a safety hazzard…

WHAT THE FUCK!
LGBT ARE HATED FOR NO REASON?
That is just OBSCENE and a very good reason.
All I see here is Moral Decay and an increase in immorality.
We have to put up and shut up and tolerate this?
I have no time for any of this, it is disgusting.

K: it is ‘‘OBSCENE’’ and ‘‘moral decay’’ and an increase
in ‘‘immorality’’ and of course, let us not forget the word
‘‘disgusting’’
strong words to this… but the thing about such words is that
they require some sort of standard to make sense, what is your
standard for judging such things? I don’t need a standard for
people being indecent, but in fact how do you know,
epistemologically speaking, that trans and gay people are
‘‘obscene’’ or ‘‘immoral’’ or ‘‘disgusting’’…how do you make
such a judgment? I look at the exact same picture of those men
in dresses and I don’t see any immorality, nor do I see anything
that is ‘‘Obscene’’…
Want to talk about obscenity and immorality, ending food programs
that feed children and seniors at risk, that is immoral and obscene,
random bombing of cities… that is immoral and obscene,
War itself is immoral and obscene, violence against innocent people…
that is immoral and obscene… making people suffering just to make
political points… that is immoral and obscene…
Which action is truly obscene and immoral, the bombing of Gaza or
a few men wearing dresses? and if you say, men in dresses is
more immoral or obscene than the bombing of Gaza, then I would
say you are incredibly confused… or is the war in Iran, more immoral
and obscene than gay people? comparing and contrasting, the true
friends of philosophy… what is obscene and how do we judge that?

So you say I’m completely ok in stealing from you, since the neighbor killed your dog
You are a sick little man.

Which is LGBT…
Some aspects of traditional masculinity have vanished as seen from some of the posts above, thus creating confusion over the new role of men and with this, masculinity appears to be on the decline.
I sincerely hope you do not have any sons PK.

I read this as “LG Bluetooth is heated for no reason”, which seems rather a technical question

Want to talk about obscenity and immorality,
RE: Which is LGBT…
K: so for you, LGBT is more obscene and immoral then
watching people die on the streets, old people choosing between
medicine or food, watching the various wars around the world,
money taken from the middle class and working poor to pay for
extremely wealthy people’s tax cut? and yet, LGBT is more obscene
and immoral than that? what we have here is just another person
who has been brainwashed by the media into thinking that one’s
sexual orientation is more obscene and indecent, than starving
people in the street? that is good to know…
Reason: Some aspects of traditional masculinity have vanished as seen from some of the posts above, thus creating confusion over the new role of men and with this, masculinity appears to be on the decline.
K: and again, so the fuck what? It makes no difference in the world that
men may or may not be more ''masculine"" than they were before…
That kind of masculinity is nothing more than an ism, no different than
communism or capitalism… and by following that ism slavishly,
as reason seems to want, is to be fixed or set into holding that
ism, no matter what happens… is to be unable to adapt or change
as the situation or environment demands… if masculinity is the
answer, I hate to see the question…

@PeterKropotkin It’s different ‘FROM’. Hope this helps with your grammar problem.
Your misogyny is another matter though.
Just make it LGB and everything will become clear…oh, and stay off the porn–especially sissy porn.
You’re welcome.
That misogynist couldn’t ‘be’ any more annoying. You can’t even tag his username
It’s “than”, and if you think that, you are talking about yourself: Nobody here made an immorality contest. This is not a ‘relative immorality’ thing.

A moralist cannot help but to view the wold in terms of morality, and every opinion as a moralist one.
He’s trapped in his own fever dream of hate.
